Booking Options

With the exception of places booked by Educational Establishments and those within the Public Sector, a non refundable deposit of £50 per place is payable when booking your course. Please note that, subject to 14 days prior notification, we will gladly transfer your deposit to the same course on an alternative date, subject to availability. If you are unable to attend on a subsequent occasion you would forfeit your deposit. Deposits are not transferable where less than 2 weeks notice has been received. Educational Establishments and those within the public sector automatically qualify for 30 day credit terms and no deposit is therefore required.

Group Training

At Planet PC Training we operate both Group and One to One training sessions, accommodating all users from beginners to professionals.

All our training workstations are equipped with dual display which enables us to employ a ‘hands on’ approach to training. The workstations feature dynamic switching, giving the trainee the ability to switch between their own workstation and the trainer’s.

Group courses follow a structured format while one to one courses offer the option of bespoke training, tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Courses are offered on a variety of hardware/software platforms including Adobe Premiere, Pinnacle Edition, Matrox RTX100, Canopus DVStorm, DVD Authoring, and Avid Xpress DV.

As you will appreciate, in order for Group Courses to be commercially viable we require a certain number of attendees present. If a Group Course has not met it’s minimum level of bookings then you may be contacted to arrange an alternaive date to attend your Course.

Our full day Group Training courses run from 10:00am until approx. 4:00pm with the exception of our Avid Xpress DV courses which run from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

On all full day courses there is a morning and afternoon coffee break and a lunch break where a light buffet style lunch will be served.

1 to 1

1 to 1 Courses

Our One to One Courses provide more in depth and informal training for those who prefer individual attention. The courses are suited to everyone from beginners to advanced users who wish to extend their knowledge.

Our One to One courses run from 10:00am to 4:00pm and include a light lunch of sandwiches and several breaks.
